It's Okay To Ask For Help

Mental health is a vital part of our overall well-being. Yet many people are scared to reach out and then face these issues in silence and alone. Compound that with the long hours and the many on-the-job challenges that lots of our members are facing. Raising awareness about mental health and suicide prevention is about breaking the stigma and letting everyone know that they are not alone. It is okay to ask for help, and support is available.
